Katherine Baird

Katherine Baird is an economist with the U.S. DOT Volpe National Transportation Systems Center. Prior to this she was an Assistant Instructional Professor at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. Her expertise covers areas of environmental and energy policy, cost-benefit analysis, program evaluation, market and non-market valuation, and she also has demonstrated experience in causal analysis and non-parametric statistical methods. Katherine received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago with a field concentration in Econometrics.
